HAPPY BLOGIVERSARY ME SO HONGRY!

WOW! Yesterday marked my blog's 3 year anniversary! I KNOW...I KNOW...lately, my posts seem a bit sparse:-( True, I tend to abandon my blog every now and then. But let me tell you something...in these past three years I noticed many many blogs come and go!


And GUESS WHAT? Ah Me So Hongry...STILL GOING barely.

   THAT'S CAUSE TO CELEBRATE!

Many times I contemplated deserting my blog, but something keeps drawing me back. And that something, I think...is YOU, my fellow bloggers, lurkers, and friends. Y'all, motivate me, empower me, and encourage me to put my best foot forward. I seldom remember to thank you, so NOW I want to THANK YOU for dusting my knees off and lifting my head up when I faltered, which lately seems to be a full time job!

You know, the other day I thought about changing my blog's name to, My Feet Hurt...From Kicking ASS! LOL@ myself. But, I decided against changing my blog's name. Why change the name of my blog? Well, the direction, goals, and objectives of my journey weight loss adventure changed; so, I felt like I needed a new title to reflect those changes.

One of the main changes, I decided to STOP using the scale as an indication of my progress. Instead, I let other factors determine my progress: increase in strength, the way my clothes hug my curves, NSV's, etc. 


And 1 NSV that I want to share...after 3 long, tough years, I still manage to keep off at least 50 of the 58 lbs. removed from my body!


As you can see from my blog header, the name remains the same, but I forsee a blog name change in the future since I quit Weight Watchers. The front runner for the name change, My Feet Hurt...From Kicking ASS!
