Challenge Check In...How'd you do?

Greeting challenge participants! Short post tonight...I just wanted to check in and let you know how my week went. To sum last week up in one word...FAIL! I will delve further into my mishaps on my next post.Until then, enjoy this brief vlog.
Just a reminder, set your mini-goal for the week, and grab a button if you met your goal and/or lost a pound.

  1. Well, I don't know whether to call it a pass or a fail. I tracked, got my 10k steps a day, but did NOT lose! Gah! TOM, of course, had to arrive to give my motivation a beating, but your vlog inspired me. So week 2 mini goal:
    Make sure to get at least 64 oz water and make sure to get in 2 healthy oils and whole grains a day (looking at my tracker from last week, I see I didn't always do this)
    Let's kick this week in the cute little bunny tail!

  2. thanks for sharing. my "official" weigh-in days to myself are wednesdays. i will post then about how i did. last week i DID up my exercise which was my goal, but i was all over the place as far as what i did. no methodology as far as cardio vs. weights, etc. my goal this week? to drink 6 servings of water per day.

    i was kinda "successful" with WW and girl my tracker and i were BFFs. successful in quotes because obviously i fell OFF the bandwagon!!! love ur attitude, this week will be better!!!

  4. Ummmm...last week,not so much. But this week I'm on it...I've packed my lunch, got my water and working out two days in a row!

  5. WOOOHOOOO I met my goal last week (It was only to eat breakfast everyday) and this week I am stepping it up a notch so we will see what happens. I will weigh myself Wednesday and hopefully I will be successful there as well. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

    Question for those of you who are refering to your tracker...what tracker are you using?

  6. I started out ok and for 3 days did well with my mini goal of not nibbling or snacking between when I got home and dinner was served up. But I blew it on Friday and Saturday.

    I'm going to try the same mini-goal again, because I really want to lick this thing.

  10. I tracked and I am up .4 but like you said it's probably that I am waterlogged. lol :) Im gonna get that scale next week! Ggrrrrr! WE CAN DO IT! :)

  11. My challenge was to workout 5 times/week but I could not. Was sick :(. I could only workout for 2 days. But I still lost one pound so isn't that great?/. This week my goal is to do a food log for the week.

  12. Trina, you are too funny. Love the video and the reference to "pecan man." LOL

    My goal was to complete Week 7 of C25K (run 25 minutes 3x/wk) and I did it! My other goal was to prepare every meal at home for the week. I didn't quite meet that goal - dined out on V-day and last Saturday. But I am down -1.6lbs. Go me!

    My goals for this week are to complete Week 8 of C25K (run 28 minutes 3x/wk), prepare every meal at home, and lose another 1 lb.

  14. I lost .6 this week. My goal is to move more. Today I did a lot of extra walking during my errand running. SO that is a start.

  17. I lost 3 lbs.

    My mini-goals were to track everything I ate and walk every day. I tracked everything, but missed walking one day when we had thunderstorms.

    My mini-goals for this week are to continue to track everything and walk daily, but upping it to ywo laps.

  19. I'm not sure I checked in last week - I've been sick. The first week I lost 1.4 pounds and met my mini-goal of abs 3 days a week.
