Just a reminder, each participants needs to set a weekly mini-goal. My mini goal, tracking EVERYDAY this week. I plan to track water, exercise, and food. If I BITE it, I WRITE it! That includes the potato chip debris at the bottom of the bag that I just tipped (shhhh...).

ReplyDeleteMy mini goal is to give up my diet soda - day two and I haven't killed anybody yet!
My mini goal for this week is NO snacking before dinner. I will wait until dinner is served before eating anything. That stretch of time between when I get home from work and dinner is put on the table is my hardest time of day to not nibble and graze.
