First and foremost, I want to thank all of you for making my first year of blogging inspirational, motivational, and exciting:
My New Blog Buddies: Thanks for allowing my blog the opportunity to entertain and motivate you as we both struggle through our weight loss endeavor. Many times last year I wanted to surrender to the food devil and just give up, but your blogs encouraged me to persevere.
Me So Hongry First-Timers:WELCOME! Sit back, strap on your seat belt and get ready for a roller coaster ride. Experience my ups and downs with me and I hope you plan to return time and time again.
My Supportive Lurkers:You know who you are. Those of you I inspired to venture to Goodwill or try new food products, show me some love when stopping by my blog.
Well without further adieu I present my 2009 weight loss adventure in pictures:
April 2009: 2nd of 2 birthday celebrations in 1 night
January 2008/December 2009: Wearing the same shirt...45 pounds lighter.
As you can see my hard work paid off , and a long road ahead looms before me. I must work even HARDER to continue to lose and keep the weight off. I refuse to go back to this:

Hi! Happy SITS Saturday Sharefest. You commented above me, and as the rules say...I came on over to check you out! And boy! How proud you must be! What a wonderful job you've done so far. You look amazing. Keep truckin'. I'm a WW lifetime member, although thanks to an affair over the holiday break with some leftover red velvet cake, I am not over my lifetime weight. Back to journaling and counting...it really is a lifetime thing. Congrats for your commitment. The pics are worth a 1000 words! (P.S. I wore the same Halloween costume 2 years ago!)

Good for you!!! You're working super hard, I can tell, it certainly shows. I'm on the fluffy side myself, and have spent the last six months with a personal trainer to kick my butt into shape, and it's working, just slowly. I've lost about 2 or 3 dress sizes, but only about 6 pounds - my trainer keeps telling me that muscle weighs more than fat and that's why the scale isn't budging, so I'm trying to stay motivated, but some days it's hard. Happy belated new year to you!

I'm coming over from SITS and I have to say that I love a blogger that knows how to spell y'all! LOL I'm following too. I started my weightloss efforts (again) in 2010 and my motto is Fit B4 40. I have a year and almost nine months to make it.

I have been on the weight watchers roller coaster a few times, but you look great. Keep up the awesome work.
I have started to eat healthier and trying to exercise this year. I think I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant.

wow, you kicked serious butt this year! My best friend is doing somethign similar, and she just called to tell me she's in pants that she hasn't been able to wear in 8 years!!! HUGE acheivement, and like you, she lost somewhere around 40 lbs this year.
