I talk about it...I Tweet about it...I Facebook it...
And by it, I mean ZUMBA! Truth be told, I LOATHE exercise. I H.A.T.E. IT! But the moment ZUMBA entered my life, my attitude about exercise drastically changed. Every Tuesday and Wednesday I look forward to shaking a tail feather! I wish the class was offered more than two days a week, but the instructor teaches a variety of classes at many other facilities.
So without further adieu...I present me grooving to my FAVORITE ZUMBA ROUTINE!

So I have been wanting to try Zumba FOREVER, and I finally found out there are classes in my area! I've been too chicken to by myself because I am afraid of looking like a complete dork, but that video makes me want to go so bad! It looks so fun, and you are just too cute!

It must be fabulous because I have NEVER heard anyone say anything negative about ZUMBA. They offer classes down the road. I think I am going to have to get over my self consciousness and get with the groove.

I just came across your blog this evening! Oh my goodness Zumba looks like SO MUCH FUN!!! My sister and I checked out a class (watched from a far) but oh boy am I ever uncoordinated, I have no rhythm..NONE! You look like you were having a blast and now I really want to try it!

After watching your videos a few months ago I tried Zumba and fell in love, for Christmas I ordered the full dvd set with the toning sticks, just wanted to thank you for the motivation I love this vid and especially the one for Girl Make That Booty pop. Keep it going!
